Ah, a New Year is here. Time just flies by and it is amazing in many ways. Our oldest daughter is now old enough to get her driver's permit. Thinking about her driving is both exciting and scary. I know I will get a few more gray hairs and spend more time in prayer over this driving thing.
Since my last post many months ago, I have knit quite a few projects. There were the 6 shawls I knit for my mom to give to her friends (remind me not to agree to that again!). I knit another sample knit or two for Crafts Americana. I knit a cowl, a scarf and a monster for presents and started quite a few projects as well. Now I need to focus on finishing a project or two, however, a new bug has bit...weaving. I've ordered a small rigid heddle loom which is due to arrive next week. I am hoping that this will help me use up some of the pretty fingering yarn I have plus result in finished projects!
